What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns on purchases. However, if an item arrives defective, or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly replace it with a new article/correct one. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the defect, and we’ll assist you with the replacement process.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking link to your email. If you don’t receive the tracking ID within 7-8 days after placing your order, feel free to DM us or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you with the tracking information.

How long does shipping take?
